Does the hair arrive styled?

The hair may require washing, conditioning, customization, and styling to achieve your desired finish. If you would like customization, send us a message, and we will let you know what we can do!

Will the lace match my complexion?

Transparent lace is thin and can be tinted. HD lace is thinner and designed to blend with a wide range of complexions when properly customized.

Does the hair shed?

Some shedding is normal with human-hair products, especially after customization. Proper care and gentle detangling help minimize shedding.

Can I color the hair?

Yes, but professional coloring is recommended to protect the longevity of the hair.

How long will it last?

Longevity depends on installation, maintenance, product use, styling frequency, and storage.

How long is shipping?

At ITG COLLECTION, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility.
